GroPep^® and Biosensis Combine to Build a Stronger Future

GroPep^® Bioreagents Pty Ltd has been acquired by Adelaide based Biotechnology Company – Biosensis Pty Ltd. Both companies provide high quality products to the life science research, diagnostic and manufacturing markets around the world. GroPep^® Bioreagents expertise include recombinant protein production and purification in the Insulin-Like-Growth-factor field, and production of antibodies to these proteins. Biosensis has a strong R&D focus developing and marketing novel biomarker immunoassays for neurological and psychiatric diseases which will be expanded by utilizing the broadened skill base.

GroPep^® Bioreagents staff and operations have moved into the Biosensis purpose-built laboratories at 51 West Thebarton Road, Adelaide SA 5031 (just across the road!). Biosensis is retaining all of GroPep’s instrumentation, personnel, and product wisdom, so as to ensure no disruption or change in product manufacturing specifications, quality, or performance.
