Bream Growth Hormone Polyclonal Antibody (Rabbit)

Bream growth hormone (GH) polyclonal antibody was prepared by immunising rabbits with recombinant bream GH (Acanthopagrus butcheri). The immunoglobulin fraction was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography. The antibody has 100% cross-reactivity with black bream GH but < 0.2% to  trout GH, goldfish GH, human GH, rat GH and porcine GH.
