Human IGF-II Polyclonal Antibody (Rabbit)

Human IGF-II polyclonal antibody was prepared by immunising rabbits with a human IGF-II conjugated to ovalbumin. The immunoglobulin fraction was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.  The antibody cross-reacts 100% with human and porcine IGF-II; 96% with chicken IGF-II; 91% with rat IGF-II and 85% with bovine IGF-II. Cross-reactivity to human, chicken and rat IGF-I is < 0.1%. It does not cross react with insulin from a range of species. The antibody is suitable for use in immunoassay, immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry.
